## Four interlocking specialties.

Most LA softscape projects pull from at least two of these four. A drought-tolerant front yard usually pairs with a smart-controller irrigation rebuild. A lawn-to-turf conversion almost always benefits from improved drainage. We design and build all four in-house, so the project never lands at a sub's calendar boundary.

Every softscape project we ship runs through MWD/LADWP rebate criteria where it qualifies, and every install is finished with the unglamorous details — soil amendment, mulch, drip emitters at the right pressure — that decide whether the design holds up at year three.
